PROLOGUE
If we add to the three images of the initial page these four listed here, these represent the seven basic elements that make up the equation of the Spanish economic crisis. So if one looks from the left to right, first, can see the economic power + political power + justice administration + corruption + global crisis, and that the sum of these elements have resulted in = the destruction of more than 100.000 businesses and over 40% of the unemployment in the European Union. - ± 20% in Spain -
If we go back to the situation before it was declared the global crisis, Spain had already four of the seven elements of this equation and the sum of these, gave a result that was inconsistent with the bonanza that apparently had. A summary analysis of these four elements, reveals that at the end they are only two and that corruption is a polluting event that links the three, namely, because corruption only occurs when one gets an interest in a illegitimated way, therefore, to produce this concept, justice must outwit, politicians must look the other way, and financial means have to be available to carry out the scheme. This indicates that there have been large amounts of black money available to bribe and buy the interests pursued, there have been these interests, and justice, apparently has not had any notice of it.
Settled this, the financial institutions would have safeguarded this black money, political power produced the interest through the re-zoning of available grounds for construction and justice with his lack of interest, allowed the speculation event of Real estate that has been in our country. Consequently, if 60% of the financial system is in the hands of Spanish savings banks, and these are exclusively run by political parties, it can be said that political power is directly responsible for 60% of the Spanish economy. If at the same time, by planning decisions of local councils, have provoked the excessive construction that has occurred, it is clear that there was an exaggerated interest in putting money into the building market through these savings banks and the commissions exchanged for this purpose were important, compensated with black money.
But the savings banks can´t go to the intenational interbank maket to bay assets, theresfor, to grand so many mortgages, have had to resort to domestic banks, in the same way that U.S. banks had to when exhausted their reserves, so these savings bank promoted the product anda the banks simply put the money. But again among our banks, there are only two that can "import" assets from intenational markets, Banco Santander and BBVA.
As can be perceived, the economic and political power have acted as a single element in this equation, since one was in charge of the economic resources and the other of providing the way sequentially to obtain the objective pursued by both, so by only imposing favorable conditions to these the justice administration so they didn’t have any impediments, all was started at a speed of light where money seemed to be about everywhere.
But the global crisis came and the source of revenue from international markets were closed, and hence the internal financial flow and the entire economy stopped, because it only worked deliberately caused by speculation. Sample of all this is now the redundant of savings banks and their branches, and to cover up this fact, some are merged with others and those who are really bankrupt, they simply disappear and the huge deficits will be covered by public money at taxpayers' expense, because as their managers have acted on the directives of their respective political parties, these are not responsible.
With respect to banks, since these have also been an intrinsic part in the scheme, to hide their huge debt and maintain their creditworthiness, they have been endorsed using public money to enable them to keep going to international markets. But this has only allowed them to renew their enormous debts, because when they have to repay what they have acquired and haven’t the assets they appeared to have had, how or who will plug their holes? Since then will be when the true state of our financial system will be seen.
We have to remember that the Spanish state has not intervened or brought participation in any bank, since being all in good economic conditions they have been endorsed with public money only to have more liquidity available. If this supposed liquidity has not been distributed and has been used to clean up their accounts temporarily, leaving thousands of companies plunge, when forced to withdraw this guarantee by the state as a result of overcoming the global crisis, like the other Governments of the rest of the countries, the minimum liquidity now, will be total zero.
So the main reason why Spain will not emerge from this crisis while other members of the European Union is, that by failing economic liquidity today, companies cannot finance their business needs and are forced to close, and if there are no companies, there are no jobs.
If a picture of me on the front page of this web site is included, this is not for the sake of ownership but by the fact that there are two ways of ending a person's life basically. Psychologically torture to weakness him by creating an economic strangle that socially marginalize him until he hasn’t the minimum required for subsistence, and of course mowing his life physically.
As it has already tried the first alternative, the second would be the next step, because those who do not respect a person's life and all that goes with it, commit the greatest atrocities that one can imagine, and in my case who should have covered my fundamental rights are precisely those who have acted as my executioners, so left unprotected I have no guarantee or assurance by the state authorities, and therefore I testimony my physical look for the record as I am or was in the course they decide to complete this second option, because to fear those who implant insecurity is not of cowards but a human condition, and who takes advantage of it sow terror. This may now seem out of context, but in the end will catch coherence, since the power struggle always justifies the means, and if something gets on its way, you just eliminate it one way or another.

Well it may seem unthinkable to raise this idea - that there is a plot against me – but the fact that only a theory like this, manages to bring out consistency to all that is unacceptable at first glance, would provide basis to find a logical explanation to everything that´s been, and is being done to me.
As I am one of those persons who don´t believe in the outright truth or lie, because for me all can be relative, mainly because the more elements we have about a matter one will bias over one of these two options. In reality, nor is it necessary or either a question of believing me or for me to prove it, but rather, to read between the lines the information that provides the evidence, include it within the context of the facts and thereafter, that the understanding and common sense of each one drive everything to a determined conclusion, or if you prefer, to one of these two options. - The truth or lie -
For me to be right or wrong is also a subject that can´t be given or not, but recognize if one is or not, and in my particular case to avoid this they have not permitted me defend my reasons, since each time that I have tried, they have been systematically rejected without any juridical reasoning to their respect, breaching my fundamental right to express freely what I think in defense of my legitimate interests. So, can there be a superior motive to engage a conspiracy against me that prevent the acknowledgment of my reasons? If I am wrong, it would be logical to prove it and end with the matter, but what if I am not?
The fact of silencing or repressing a person is synonymous correspondingly of an attempted concealment and rule out of him or her to express, if this is so, it is obvious that the fundamentals of my position have been uncomfortable or inconvenient, since any action that causes an opposition, - instead of a corresponding reaction to it - must hold such solid base that us it can’t be refute, apparently the only option to avoid causing the corresponding derivation or result is, without further place opposition to it. What I am trying to say is, us they can´t provide legal basis to dismiss the facts I have reported on ten occasions to different courts, tribunals and institutions, the Spanish Justice to prevent judge them has preferred to file my complaints without more details, opposing this way to admit a fundamental right, going as far as stopping me the legal means to exercise my rights, making impossible directly and indirectly the binding legal assistance to do so.
But if the reported facts lead directly to the case of credit assignments of Banco Santander, it´s clear that undoubtedly the appreciation of my basis essentially change, as any issue connected with this case, is a total taboo for Justice and media.
However, as I have passed through all the “democratic” way that they indicate there is, I care very little now of been ignored or not, because those who have ignored me, - those who appoint themselves as Democrats, too - will have to worry now that no one takes notice of what I have to say, ignore from a dominated position is easy, but contradict the irrefutable not, and now there are not only about 5 million unemployed citizens, who are willing to receive an explanation justifying why they are out of work and related businesses have closed, but also because even the opposition party now - PP - denounces that the Attorney general is under orders from de government and accuses him and its whole apparatus of conspiracy against him. If I insinuate the idea that public prosecutor depends directly from the nation’s government, and does not monitor compliance with the law as expected, but rather its position becomes law as may be established here, it would be considered an outrage, but if this assessment is only taken seriously if the PP denounces it based on what recently is occurring, is to leave and allow the damage involving a conspiracy to be made and facing the evidence has to be presumed this fact, and this means that, the model of this "rule of law" is been made, more to meet the needs and interests of the dominant parties and upon them, no citizen can exercise his fundamental rights enclosed in the Spanish Constitution, so what is legal or not is subject to and conditioned to the economic and political interests, and our legal framework only serves to apparently show the establishment of obligated rules to be respected and fulfill, but only by the citizens.
In all public appearances of our first vice president Maria Teresa Fernandez de la Vega, I noticed that the same message is always repeatedly included: "That Spain is a democratic country, that exists here a rule of law and that the charges must be filed in the Courts of justice as only these have the legitimacy to decide what is and what is not”. But impose an idea as I said earlier, from a position that one dominates is easy, but what happens when such idea is found to be false or is not fulfilled? Well, that each one estimate their own conclusion freely without any imposition, because this really is a basic principle of a democratic system and the fact that I have been silenced in court, and the media have censored my story to prevent this exercise, is a clear indication of the falsehood that prevails in our supposedly democratic system, because legally what is not proven does not exist, and democracy is not a matter of faith but a system of coexistence that works or doesn’t. So that no one be deceive by the gesture of the PP, because even though he pretends to show that he upholds the fundamental rights and also tries to demonstrate this theoretical rule of law accusing the government, he does it because it is a case in which are involved members of his party. When he was in the government, he cared little to the occurrence of the same against an ordinary citizen like me, an alleged conspiracy is a crime whoever is the conspirator or conspired because it is an attack to the rights and freedoms of the part conspired, so what follows here was sustained and concealed by both the PSOE and the PP political parties, and therefore political power is responsible regardless of their color of what ultimately has caused.
Yet with all of this I don´t try to attract attention, but as indicated in the title at the beginning, make a prologue of what is described and demonstrated here, therefore this is not political criticism, complaint or a public grievance as it might seems at first sight, but a statement of facts substantiating this allegation, I judge no one and only read between the lines and value the documents that they gave me to justify everything that has been done to me, therefore my arguments are my personal point of view and as I have been the one who has had to endure and suffer these facts, I have full legitimacy to describe them. If I make constancy of this is, because I in time and legal way fulfilled what the Spanish law says and our vice president keeps reminding us as I have anticipated before that, "the charges must be filed in the courts of justice because only these have the legitimacy to decide what is and what is not”, so if justice is to be drawn from what is apparent here, that I believe that the justice administration is responsible for the Spanish economic crisis also, should not be considered nonsense, but rather a point view taken out of specific facts, that although these only imply directly to the holders listed as authors of them, us these have act on behalf of the justice administration, it is subsidiary responsible. This same principle applies to Banco Santander and the public prosecutor, because the facts are carried out y their respective legal representatives that makes them vicariously liable, since in none of the cases, the individuals who have been involved would of spared the weight of the law if they had not had and have the protection of these, so when people act as team they respond as a team, whether the civil or criminal liability is only applied to one of its members. - This fact can also be verified here –
