In our International School Hankuk our basic martial art is Taekwondo, but we also practice other important aspects for the formation of our students such as:
Taekwondo Olímpico
Kung Fu “Wushu (Armas y acrobacias chinas)
Hapkido (Defensa Personal Coreana)
Extreme Taekwondo (Patadas, saltos, acrobacias de exhibición)
Son Mudo (Arte Marcial zen)
Kick Boxing & Boxeo
Acrobacias deportivas
Yoga
de este modo se le permite al alumno tener una visión más amplia y una formación que consideramos de gran importancia en nuestra escuela.
This way it allows our students to have a wider vision and a more complete formation which we believe is very important in our school.
En nuestra escuela todos los estilos son buenos e interesantes, ninguna actividad es más buena que la otra, y todas merecen un gran respeto, así como sus debidos profesores.
In our school each style is correct and interesting, no activity is better than another, and they all deserve a great respect, as do their instructors.
Se trata de seguir un sistema de entrenamiento estricto a nivel marcial y sobre todo un sistema controlado de rendimiento físico, de modo que, los entrenamientos están previamente planificados tanto a nivel técnico como físico.
It consists of following a strict training system and above all a controlled physical output system; therefore all the training sessions (technical and physical) are planned beforehand.
Siendo la disciplina la base para el trabajo en la Escuela, existen una serie de restricciones en cuanto a lo que se puede y lo que no se puede hacer dentro y fuera del Do-Jang.
Discipline being the base of the School’s work, there are a series of restrictions of what can and can not be done in and out of the Do-jang.
El alumno es enterado desde la primera lección de las reglas que se deben seguir, aunque en el caso del alumno principiante se le da la oportunidad de ir aprendiendo estas normativas poco a poco, hasta que llega el momento donde debe cumplir con todo.
The student is informed on his first day of these rules that he/she will have to follow, but in some cases, when the student is a starter, or a small child, he/she will be given the opportunity to learn little by little until the moment comes when he will have to obey all the rules.
